Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your unused items in their original silicone-safe packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your parcel.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
